MRIGHTS has signed an international agreement with DAC – Directores Argentinos Cinematográficos, the Argentine collecting society representing directors of audiovisual works.

The agreement focuses on music video directors, a rapidly growing sector on audiovisual distribution platforms that deserves recognition as an autonomous form of artistic audiovisual expression.

The partnership aims to strengthen the protection of audiovisual directors' rights and ensure fairer remuneration for the exploitation of their works on digital platforms and global distribution channels.

The collaboration between MRIGHTS and DAC is part of the development of an international network for managing audiovisual rights, with a specific focus on contemporary new languages in music and audiovisual media.
